Our Basic package is geared towards micro and small nonprofits, businesses and startups with a small number of transactions per month. We offer the following services:
  • Accounts Payable Processing

  • Monthly Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation
  • Monthly Financial Reporting

Our Essential package is better for businesses or organizations that have been around for a while and need strong accounting and/or bookkeeping to properly track and report on the state of accounts. We offer all the services listed in the Basic package, in addition to the following:
  • Monthly Call(s) with Company Representative
  • Quarterly Budget vs Actual Reporting
  • Annual Budget Forecasting/Preparation

Our Premium package is best for organizations that have multiple streams of revenue (donations, grants, sales, etc).
In addition to the services offered in the Basic and Essential packages,we offer the following:
  • Monthly Cash Forecasting
  • Quarterly Account Reconciliation
  • Quarterly Donor Acknowledgement Reporting
  • Vendor maintenance and annual 1099 - Reporting
