Form Data & Abandonment Recovery

When you begin filling out any of the following forms on our website, we may collect and temporarily store the contact details you enter — even if you do not complete the form:

Specifically, when you complete the first step of our booking form (your name, email address, and phone number), this information is saved to allow us to follow up if you do not finish scheduling your appointment. If your booking is not completed within two hours, we may send you a single reminder email to help you return and finish the process.

What we collect: Name, email address, and phone number entered in form step 1, along with the service you selected (if any), your IP address, and the date and time of your visit.

How we use it: Solely to send one follow-up reminder email. We do not use this information for marketing, share it with third parties, or add you to any mailing list.

How long we keep it: Partial form records are retained for no longer than 30 days, after which they are deleted.

How to opt out: If you receive a reminder email and do not wish to be contacted, simply ignore it — no further emails will be sent. You may also contact us at info@everycentcounts.net to request deletion of your partial record at any time.

Tracking User Behaviour

The Company may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within the Company website, in order to determine what services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customised content within the Company to customers whose behaviour indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

We partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. Session replay consists of recordings of mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and other interactions with pages you visit. We do not use session replay to capture sensitive information entered into forms; fields containing personal or payment details are masked by default.
